child labor global cause. We operate on very low margin
and hence do not encourage customers to adopt a "buy
to try" approach.
All purchases from www.Imperialcrafts.com,
whether it would be online transaction or bank transfer,
refund are only accepted in case of receiving damaged
item at destination. As we have adopted the policy of
insuring our shipments, in case of shipment damaged we
will start an insurance claim procedure with the shipping
company. 3-4 week time is required in this whole procedure
of insurance claim.
As we describe earlier that we are working for good cause
not for business, so that we don’t accept refund
for any other reasons like variations in color & pattern,
sizes etc. Handicrafts of same category may have variation
in color, pattern and a little bit in size, so that be
sure before finalize the purchase. To safe side the buyer
and seller we provide the inquiry form with all products.
We provides you complete assistance like answer your question,
additional photos etc, to help you determine which product
is most suitable for your needs.
In case of receiving shipment with minor damage like scratches,
brass inlay, wood inlay etc, inform us as soon as possible
with digital photos at our customer services (within 7
days). we will try our best to facilitate you in term
of insurance claiming.
In case of receiving shipment damaged badly, inform us
as soon as possible with digital photos at our customer
services (within 7 days). Then we are able to process
the refund request by claiming insurance through shipping
company. As it’s a time consuming process, refund
may takes 4-5 weeks.

Imperial crafts reserve the right to reject any customer’s
return when the customer is not in compliance with the
above.
Our return policy is subject to change from time to time.
